I am wanting to know what the best music music downloading site is. I want one that I can transfer the songs to my Ipod. I am willing to pay, preferably a one time fee for unlimited downloads, or even a monthly fee. Does paying for it lower the risk of downloading a virus?

Would you continue and take the risk or stop? If you stopped, where would you get your music?
Believe me, it’s not as far off as you may think. Once they get through with the College’s they are going after the single users.

I have iTunes at the moment and sometimes I want songs but can’t afford to pay over a dollar for each of them. I’m not sure if there is a music dowload program for free out there that downloads song that can later be added to iTunes and is somewhat safe for my computer. I have a good anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall, but I still don’t want to put my computer through the risk of a virus.

im using limewire right now, but i got 9 viruses from it. Ive heard that all free music downloads carry a risk of viruses, and i just want something that WILL NOT give me ANY VIRUSES regardless of the price. I just dont want to pay for every song i buy, like using itunes. id rather just pay a monthly price.

Im not really into downloading limewire to get music, or anything like that. I was just wondering if there were any clean, free sites that arent a risk to my computer. and if there are sites that have good songs without the words, that would be great too.
